Provision of Sale:

The price is$______________ and is to be paid in full before the puppy is shipped or when the purchaser acquires possession of the puppy. A deposit of $_____________

is required to hold a puppy, which is non-refundable. We accept Cashier Checks, Money Grams and US Postal Money Orders, all are verified before  a sales is complete. Deposits are on a first come first basis. Please designate the gender, color and name of the puppy you deposit on.

Prices may vary according to the quality of the puppy. A “Pet puppy” is defined here to be an Bull Mastiff  puppy, which is in good health at the time of sale and embodies the characteristics of the Bull Mastiff  breed. This is a purebred puppy and he or she comes with a Full AKC registration.

Guarantees:

Cajun’s Dixieland Kennel’s guarantees the above puppy healthy at the time of sale. The puppy has been checked by a Veterinarian and comes with a written Health Certificate if it is shipped. We do not accept responsibility for any said injury to the puppy after delivery. If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the Buyer’s Vet. It shall be returned to Cajun’s Dixieland Kennel’s immediately and the purchase price refunded. The deadline for a full refund is (Date)__________________________.  All age appropriate vaccines for the puppy’s age have been given and a record of the vaccines,

worming’s and other Medical History is supplied to the new owner. All puppies are wormed 3-4 times at least before they are ready to go to their new homes. We guarantee our puppy’s up to One Year for Hip and Elbow Dysplasia or Severe Growth Deformities. These conditions must be documented in writing by a Licensed Veterinarian, with proof of X-Rays supporting the diagnosis. The puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal value as soon as one is available, no cash refunds. The puppy originally purchased must be returned first at the owners expense. We Do Not guarantee the puppy for the following health problems which are common in this breed: Thyroid Dysfunction, Dermatitis, Skin or Food Allergies, Ringworm, Demodectic Mange, Eyelid Problems, Bloat, Cancer, Kidney Disease, Ligament Problems and Heat Intolerance. All our puppies are checked thoroughly for Heart Murmurs before a sale is complete. If a puppy has a known health Issue the price of the puppy will be reduced and sold with Limited Registration, and a statement of acknowledgement signed by the buyer. Some of the Health Issues in  Bull Mastiff’s are congenital or hereditary and are in all bloodlines, regardless of the parents good health. We sell most of our puppies as Pet Quality and at Pet Quality Prices. Puppies of Show Quality are sold at a higher price. We highly recommend breed research before purchasing one of our puppies. We want happy homes for our puppies!

Shipping is available when the puppy is 8 weeks old. Shipping prices may vary, according to weight and age of the puppy.

Buyer Agrees:

1. To have the puppy checked by a Vet. Within 72 hours of the purchase.

2. To provide adequate medical attention to the puppy, which includes; immunizations and keeping the puppy free of parasites, such as fleas, and ticks, and start on heart worm prevention.

3.Spaying or neutering advised before the first birthday.

4.Never tie or chain the dog outdoors. New owners must have a safe fenced area for the dog to exercise. We recommend a 5 ft. or greater fence.

5. Keep the puppy inside. Socialize your puppy.

6. Intolerant to  heat and cold. This breed requires air conditioning, for temps. greater than 80 degrees.

7. Bull Mastiff’s tend to gain weight easily, monitor their diet closely. Obesity may lead to health Issues! Bull Mastiff’s may be  sensitive to certain dog foods, check with your Vet. If this occurs. We recommend High Quality Dog Foods: Science Diet, Eukenuba, Royal Canin, Nutro, or Pro Plan. Large Breed Formula.

9.Buyer is responsible for the health of this puppy after the purchase, including all Vet. Bills.

10.Bull Mastiff’s  do not require a lot of exercise, walking once a day is adequate. I advise walking early in the morning or late in the evening when it is cooler.

11.Never leave a puppy/dog alone with children. (Remember they are animals).

12. Crate train your puppy, it will help with house training and control the puppy from chewing when you are asleep or away from home.

13.Never walk a Bull Mastiff off the leash.

14. Always have a responsible adult holding the leash and monitoring the dog. They are strong!

15. Do Not train your dog to be aggressive! They were bred to be guard dogs! It is in their nature. Training them to be aggressive could cause you a serious LIABILITY!
